To fully benefit from your service, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Your service will begin promptly at the time you reserved. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time so that other guests are not inconvenienced.
Your appointments are very important to us and the team members of Polished Day Spa. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and appointment changes.
Polished Day Spa Gift Card must be presented at the time of service. If you are unable to present the gift card, an alternative form of payment will be required. Polished Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Card. Polished Day Spa Gift Card are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
Promotional discounts and coupons may not be combined. Additionally, we are not responsible for and may refuse to honor lost or expired coupons or gift cards.
Children are allowed in the spa only if they are receiving a service. In the salon & spa, guests must be responsible for their children’s behavior. Polished Day Spa is not child proof. Sharp implements, tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children.
Polished Day Spa technicians, stylists and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible.
We do not have the facilities to care for children. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
For the comfort and relaxation of other guests, please limit phone calls to emergencies only. We invite you to use our complimentary WiFi to surf the web, and simply ask that you use headphones when listening to sound. Do not use speaker phone. Thank you!
We accept cash as well as all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Polished Day Spa's Gift Card. Personal checks are not accepted and we do not give cash back on credit card charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Gratuity is not included in the service fees listed on our price list. Tipping is always left to your discretion. Choosing to give your Service Provider a gratuity of 15-20%, is appropriate when you are satisfied with your service. You may leave your tip on your credit card or in cash. Our computer tracks each tip left with payment, so you can be sure your service provider gets your gratuity.
Polished Day Spa is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
Profanity, racial or sexual slurs or disrespectful speech or behavior of any kind will not be tolerated…ever. The staff and management of Polished Day Spa respects all of our guests, everyone is welcome. We do not discriminate or tolerate discrimination based upon race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, ability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, height, weight or age.
Of course all of our technicians are completely awesome and we are confident that you will love all of the services that you receive here. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly adjust the service within three days of the original appointment at no additional charge. If you are not satisfied with a service you have received, please notify us immediately. We would like the opportunity to redo the service prior to your departure from the salon. We do not offer refunds on services.
Please notify Polished Day Spa Receptionist before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concerns at all, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your service provider immediately.
