We love children, friends & family. But for your safety & all guest's relaxation, we ask that all stay seated in our reception area during your visit. Only guests receiving services are allowed in services areas.
We kindly ask that all guests please keep all conversations to a whisper instead of disrupting our other clients.
Your appointments are essential to the team members of Polished Day Spa and us. Dates are reserved, especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations and appointment changes.
We Do Not accept appointments for a polish change, nail take-off, nail repair, lip wax, and brow wax. While reservations are recommended, walk-ins are always welcome for in-salon services.

- Outside nail supplies, including polish, dipping powder, chrome, tools, lotion, etc. are welcome, but charges are still the same.
All our staff will have their temperature checked before each shift. They will be required to go home if they have a fever or show signs of illness. • We allow a full 15 minutes between appointments to sanitize and disinfect the work station and treatment room thoroughly. This is done before and after each appointment and with products that specifically disinfect Covid-19(Coronavirus). • Salon staff requirement of face mask-wearing gloves. All Staff will change gloves and wash hands between each guest.
We adhere to strict guidelines for sanitation and sterilization. All metal implements are sterilized and put in a sealed pouch for each use. Proper sanitation, safety, and hygiene are of the utmost importance here at POLISHED DAY SPA.
For yours and our staff protection, liners are used for all pedicure services. Files, buffers, pumice bar, toe separators, and flip flops are all disposable.
Gift Card must be presented at the time of service. Gift cards are available in any amount. We will mail your gift card via the address provided when purchased at checkout. All sales are FINAL!
If you are unable to perform the gift card, an alternative form of payment will be required. Polished Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Card. Polished Day Spa Gift Card is non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
Promotional discounts and coupons may not be combined. Additionally, we are not responsible for and may refuse to honor lost or expired coupons or gift cards.
Children are allowed in the spa only if they are receiving a service. In the Polished Day Spa, guests must be responsible for their children's behavior. Polished Day Spa is not childproof. Sharp implements, tools, chemicals, and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. The polished Day Spa staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!
We accept cash and all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Polished Day Spa's Gift Card. Personal checks are not allowed, and we do not give cash back on credit card charges. Gratuities are not included in our service prices or gift cards. For your convenience, we accept gratuity payments in cash or venmo at the time of check-out. Our computer tracks each tip left with payment, so you can be sure your service provider gets your gratuity.
Polished Day Spa is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Profanity, racial or sexual slurs, or disrespectful speech or behavior of any kind will not be tolerated ever. The staff and management of Polished Day Spa respect all of our guests; everyone is welcome. We do not discriminate or tolerate discrimination based upon race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, ability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, height, weight, or age.
Our professional's staff reserve the right to refuse service/treatment or end a session if; Our professional's staff are put in an uncomfortable situation at any time by the client; If our professional's staff deem the environment or situation to be unsafe or unsanitary; If the spa professional feels he/she is in imminent danger.
We also reserve the right to refuse service if any of the following apply:
Overconsumption of alcohol and other substances
Broken skin and lesions
Any severe or contagious medical conditions not mentioned at the time of 'reservation Misconduct, including but not limited to; sexual advances, solicitation, and suggestive comments.
Please notify us before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments, disabilities, or pregnant. If you have any concerns at all, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your service provider immediately.
Set-up Time: Our spa professionals will arrive 15 minutes or early before the start of your event.
Maintenance: set-up, clean, and provide all spa equipment and products for all designated service areas
Water: We need to use your water from the sink or foot bath for manicure, pedicure & facial.
Equipment Includes: massage beds, massage chairs, manicure stations, pedicure stations, sanitation products, nail files, nail polishes, candles, sheets, towels, etc.
Polished Day Spa may request a site visit before the date of services. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
Of course, all of our technicians are completely awesome, and we are confident that you will love all of the services you receive here. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly adjust the service within three days of the original appointment at no additional charge. If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please notify us immediately. We want the opportunity to redo the service before you departed from the salon. We do not offer refunds on services.
